Brief Description:  A more joyful joystick; seat pans

Reinstalled the joystick with the new brass bearing on the aileron axis. Weldment tube was reamed to 25/64" and a custom bushing turned for it. There is less play when actuating the elevators now, as the clearance between the bushing and weldment tube is less. The "ears" at the end of the weldment tube had to be filed more so they did not bind when the bushing bolt was fully torqued and cotter-pinned.

I re-routed the PTT and CWS wires coming out of the bottom of the stick--no interference anywhere in the "box" now. I had a good picture, but an iPhone disaster has left them locked up in an encrypted iTunes backup file I'll probably never get back.

Got the seat pans in--in preparation for weighing the plane, I'm putting all the cockpit covers in place. A couple of the nutplates are stripped. They'll all come off again for the airworthiness inspection, so will do that then, Installed the stick boots. Cut outs were made in the stick-on velcro fuzz where it overlapped one of the seat-pan screws.
