Lost this weekend's pictures--including the whiteboard with what was done, due to an iPhone disaster.
Don't remember exact hours put in. The major accomplishments were:
--Painted wing tip ribs at home during the week. Installed them with flox and greased clecos. The next day, drilled out the spanwise ribs' #40 holes to #30, countersunk and installed CS4-4 rivets. The chordwise ribs will get solid AN3 rivets, but the right-tip's edge (where the tip to aileron gap as too large so new glass was laid up) needs to be leveled to the existing tip surface first.
--Installed flap rod covers and tail-cone covers in the baggage area. Painting removable panels light instead of dark grey was a mistake...I should fix it one fine annual in the future. The elevator pushrod tunnel cover on the baggage floor required a lot of cutting and fitting at the forward end to miss wiring that was run down the back c-channel enclosing the flap motor. The sides of the flap motor enclosure went on without drama.
