Brief Description:  Installed roll servo

Time includes a couple hours on 7/1: removed all the blue film from the wings; removed the hw store bolts and spacer blocks from the spar carry through.

Installed the Dynon SV-32 roll servo in the right wing. Image1 shows an overview. The Al angle sticking up at the end is the aileron alignment tool made more than 10 years ago. With some spring clamps on the aileron brackets, the aileron was held in neutral position while the servo linkage length was set for the arm to be vertical.

Image2 shows the position with maximum up aileron; Image3 is max down. (Actually, maybe a bit past max down since the hard stop on the left aileron will be the limiting position.) No overcenter danger, so I left the optional bracket off the servo (which wouldn't have fit without modifying the bracket tying the servo to the spar web in any case.)

All bolts torqued, safetied or torque sealed with yellow nail polish. I put an Adel clamp in the fourth (unused) servo mounting hole to route the wires safely out of the way of the moving bits. The wires were terminated with DB9 male pins and inserted into standard pin positions per Skyview Servo-NET harness conventions found in the Skyview installatiion documentation.
