Spent a lot of unlogged time building new benches for the hangar at KLVK, acquiring new tools, storage shelves, and organization supplies. Here's a look...
Image1: Tool box Tricia and Karl got be for Xmas, with organized tools, labels on the drawers, etc. I hung the BatteryMinder on the left side, where it can plug into a power strip in the lift up area. Small fridge to its right will be set up on a two-drawer filing cabinet Karl will get from the set of his show at strike, To its right, first of the new Chapter 1000 EAA tables, a power strip at the left, vise at the right. A wire shelf above it was perfect for mounting an 3' LED light. There's one lone pair of 115V outlets in the hangar, so anything that needs AC power converges here.
Image2: Whiteboard, 1st wire storage shelving unit, and the first EAA table a built over 10 years ago for the DRDT-2. A small bucket of 1/8 clecos rests inside the white trash can of 3/32 clecos. The plans have a place to rest unfolded!
Image3: The 2nd, new EAA table, brooms and a new Shop-Vac, and 2nd wire shelving unit. Theres a 10 gal, 165 psi max air tank on the EAA table's shelf. Plenty to run a rivet gun; probably not enough to drill many holes. More than plenty enough to top off tire pressures!
