Brief Description: Fabricate members for seat backs
Rough cut angles and hinges for seat backs. Laid out the holes running vertically on the edges of the seats. Made a template from scrap Al sheet to be sure of the edge distance and offset from the triangular corrugations to make a the holes follow a straight line. The Clamped the drilled and undrilled seat backs front to front and match drilled the holes into the undrilled skin.
Radiused the F-637C angle to nestle into the bend at the top of the seat backs.
