Brief Description:  Fuse Center Section

Fluted and made final cuts to F-623 corner ribs in the baggage area. Had to remake two of the attach plates due to inadequate edge distance. Match drilled the ribs to the F-976 skin. Was a bit to aggressive and drilled a couple of "new" holes in non-match positions! :( Will be able to dimple the right holes and fill the others. Lesson is, when the blue plastic is still on the metal, re-check the bit before drilling--it may be stuck in the plastic, not laterally stiff because it's in the hole!!!

Drilled seat pans and baggage floor skins to the ribs.

Fit the outside F-915 seat ribs and drilled to the F-976 bottom skin. I missed the detail in the instructions to allow the rib to peek out 1/32" from the edge of the seat pans--the web of the rib and the edge are flush. May need to add 0.032 Al spacer to the outside ribs when the time comes to put the side skins on?

Disassembled the center fuse section--time to deburr and dimple the parts.
