Brief Description: Longeron template; flap plate/ ribs and bellcrank.
Cut out the longeron bending template and used 3M 77 spray adhesive to stick it to a pc of 1/4" plywood. Cut the curve just outside the line on the bandsaw, then clean up and smoothed the edge with a block place and sandpaper.
Got down the long 1/8 x 3/4 x 3/4 angle for the longerons and marked them for the bending.
Prepared the flap bellcrank and ribs/plate that stiffen and transfer elevator forces to the structure aft of F-706: F-728, F-729, & F-730. Fabricated 063x3/4x3/4 angle for F-728 and -729. Made sure there was enough 063x3/4x3/4 to fabricate these angles and all the other angles I could find in the plans.
