Brief Description: Flap ribs prep, wash, prime, rivet.

Dis-assembled the bulkhds left clecoed to bottom skin. Prepared all of the edges of the flap rib components, flap bellcrank, F-787 and the F-788 gusset. Washed, etched, and primed these parts.
While drying, worked a bit on the F-711 and F-712 bulkheads' fit to the bottom tail skin. Took advice from the fora to trust the matched hole parts and enlarge the 3/32 rivet holes to #40 while dis-assembled. Less stress on the edges of the holes while struggling to insert clecos. Fit requires tuning the flanges with the hand seamer, pressing blkhd assy's into the heavy rear bottom tail skin. Will come back to work on the fit later.
Riveted the F-728, 729, and F730 members to F-706 and to each other, per DWG 26. Riveted the bellcrank assy parts and the flange bearing VA-176 together.
