Finished tie-wrap mounts to route the wires for landing and taxi lights. Cut a rubber grommet to go around the wire as it passes through the spar web lightening hole. Used dab of black RTV to close the grommet cut and secure it to the spar web. Tested the resitance of the wire+cold filament+wing structure at the inboard ends of the wings: 0.1 Ohms. Used a 12V battery charger to light 'em up: each lamp draws ~ 3.5 A.
