Brief Description: Added a fire extinguisher and installed the GPS.
I decided to put the halon fire extinguisher on the tunnel between the pilot and passenger where either could quickly release and activate if necessary. It is strapped to its bracket which was bolted to the tunnel cover piece just in front of the electric flap channel.
I also reinstalled the Gizmo adapter that holds the Garmin 496 GPS. I ran the wires for the antenna, XM antenna, gps power wire from aircraft power, and the audio wire connected to the intercom, into the back of the Gizmo adapter. If I remove the 496, it's just a matter of unplugging the wires and replugging when I reinstall it into the adapter.
