Installed right elevator. Trimmed horizontal stab skin for clearance of the elevator counter weight. Trimmed the horizontal stab spar to allow for clearance of the elevator control horn. Verified 35 degree up and 25 degree down movement. Drilled the control horn for bolt attaching to the horizontal stab hinge bracket. Empennage complete except fiberglass ends.
