Riveted the trailing edge rivets to the stiffeners on the right elevator. Bent the trailing edge of the right elevator. Drill the E-610PP and E-611PP reinforcement plates to the right Elevator spar. Finished deburring the 703 and 704 counter balance ribs. Drilled the counter balance ribs together and the spar. Drilled the counter weight to the counter weight ribs. Drilled the skin to the under structure.
