Made rib for left elevator tab that were cracked. Drilled the skin to the left elevator rib. Drilled out all the rivets to the trim access reinforcement plate and deburred the skin around the trim access. Riveted the trim access reinforcement plate to the skin again. Riveted the left elevator frame together.
