Brief Description: Drilling the Horizontal Stabilizer
I removed the protective plastic from around the rivet holes using a soldering iron. I then removed the right skin so that I could remove the protective plastic from the spars and inner side of the skins.
Final drilled the ribs HS707 and HS708 to the rear spar. I then replaced the right skin in preparation for final drilling all skin to spars/ribs holes.
Mike and I located and drilled the holes in the ribs HS404, HS405 and the front spar HS702. We then final drilled all holes in the skins. We then continued the same to the left side.
