Brief Description: Preparing The Ribs, Drilling Horizontal Stabilizer
Notched both front HS404 ribs to fit around front spar reinforcement angles. Located and drilled holes to attach ribs HS404 and HS405 to the front spar. Drilled all rib to spar attach holes to proper size 30 except the HS708 to the rear spar which was already drilled to #21. We also did not drill the HS707 and HS708 to the front spar since we had the skin on to assist in proper placement of the ribs HS405 and HS405.
We then marked approximate hole location on the robs HS404 and HS405.
