Brief Description: Day 3 (final) of Training Project
Today we finished up the training project. We riveted everything together then rolled the leading edge.
While rolling the leading edge we learned a few things. The manual shows 3 different size pipe’s to use when rolling the leading edge. We found that using the 1/2” pipe worked the best. I think that you want to roll the top skin first so the when you roll the bottom skin the top will end up outside and then your ready to drill and rivet them together.
