Below pictures of the Turtle Pac Little Buddy,40 ltr aux tank and associated plumbing.Plumbing to the aircraft consists of a 12 volt Holly inline fuel pump, filter assy, fused cigerette lighter adapter, and coulpes to airframe with a quick disconnect -6 Jiffy Tite dry break fuel coupling.Additionally I have wired the installation thru the aircrafts electrical system with the addition of a 5 Amp circuit breaker on the panel.Ground trials conducted and all systems functioned great.Air tests carried out and fuel transfer completed in less than 10 minutes leaving only a dribble of fuel in the Turtle Pac. Installation of the tank after filling takes less than 5 minutes and less to remove the system. With the 912ULS this will increase the aircrafts range by well over 2 hours. After use the entire installation can be removed and carried on board in a small bag, total weight for the empty unit is about 10 Lbs and full 73Lbs.No special tools except a phillips screw driver required for fitting to the aircraft.
