Brief Description: Reassembly at airport/Misc tasks

Have spent the last three days getting all these" finish off jobs" tidied up.Reassembly of the aircraft at airport,wings reattached and all struts and hardware saftied and checked for security.Ailerons and flaps installed and gaps set split pins installed in their hardware.Check carried out on wing washout and elevator set up,very small corrections made.Fuel lines set to length at rear cabin and installed fwd fuel lines reattached,overhead vent tube reattached.Wingtip strobe/Nav light wiring terminated at strobe power pack.Flaps cables re routed and clamped and secured.Aileron cables secured...not rigged.VHF antenna reinstalled.Pitot tube and plumbing re- attached.All sealing completed around overhead window,wing cuffs,pitot tube ect.Door up locks reinstalled and set.Doors re hung...door seals yet to be installed.Install under wing intersection and windscreen cuff fairings.Change out some unpainted hardware for painted screws ect.Install Snap vents in doors
Lots of little so called 5 minute tasks to do that all seem to take lots longer than the 5 minute mark,all packed away again,off to work again for another 4 weeks ,looking forward to mid October,the arrival of my Airmaster constant electric constant speed prop,ground runs weight and ballance and dangling the Dunlops with air between them and Terra Firma......Stay tuned
