Modification to fuel tank scuppers,I found that the supplied scuppers didnt allow fastening of the fuel caps without pulling the fuel tank skin down quite alot.I was able to take some Klegacell foam core and manufacture two spacers to bond to the existing metal scupper,this in conjunction with enlarging the hole in the metal scupper allowed the fuel cap to seat with enough clearance not to deform the skin.I used DP460 to bond the foam together then overed the foam with scotchweld epoxy.good results and no deforming of the skin now.Ive also incorporated a drain in the bottom of the scupper and run a clear plastic tube to the lower surface of the wing.
