Sort all components for wing ribs,acid wash all sheet metal parts,alodine and prime all sheet metal parts with 30-Y-94 primer.Assemble jig assemblyand trial fit one rib prior to comencing construction

Acid washed,Alodined and primed

Dry run in jig

All set for assembly
