Install two grip assemblies/Ray Allen G205/ to control sticks,install bushings to bring stick up to grip size,drill two holes and tap per grip and install locator screws.Pre wire sticks for elevator trim.Both sticks taken to avionics shop to incorporate PTT and TXMT switches with radio harnesses.
