Brief Description: Cabin door windows/Rear seat spacers
Prepare both cabin doors and fit the lexan sheet, all clamped into position drilled off, trimmed, open Lexan holes up for rivet clearance.Final clean up of both assemblies and trial fit to airframe. The doors will now be dissassembled and fabric painted, metal work primmed then rivetted together and finally painted white.Operating mechanism then to be installed. The rear seat has always caused me some concern ,when the back seat is occupied the bottom of the fabric came very close to the fore and aft control jackshaft and very high possibility of contact and jamming the controls. To over come this I installed two spacers machined from aluminium and attached them to the tubes thus raising the seat and clearance.
