Cover second flap,shrink fabric and coat both flaps with Poly Brush,start installing 2" edge tapes.Run flap teleflex cables and work out clamping and security of cable runs,the attachment of the cable end into flap handle mechanism had to be changed slightly and deletion of the two flat nylon plates that help secure the cable to the side plates with the saddle clamps,the reason for this is with them it is makes the clamp up to wide to fit between the two side plates,works fine without them .. Trial fit of acrylic windscreen,looks good and appears to be a very close fit to airframe...fingers crossed....finish flaps tomorrow ....
