Removed the prop spinner, prop and back plate. Installed a 1/8 thick spacer between the prop extension and the back plate after discussing with Charlie at Sensenich who obtained approval from their engineers. This will increase the spinner to cowl clearance making cowl removal easier. I primed and painted the back plate as well as repainted the spinner to obtain a match to the cowling. Reinstalled the prop and spinner and torqued to 28 ft-lbs IAW with sensenich instructions. I also spend some time setting up the Engine limits and warnings as well as all the airspeed limits.
