began fitting and preparing the cowling. Decided to use skybolt fastener system all around rather than using the stock hinges. Began fitting by mounting the spinner back plate and prop extension so as to ensure the proper alignment at the front of the cowl working back towards the firewal. My goal is to provide between 1/8 to 3/16 cowl to spinner clearance.
