discovered a slow leak in the left brake cyl and so removed the cyl and cleaned off all fittings and re-installed using locktite gasket maker and reassembled. Did same thing to right cyl as a precaution. Reinstalled the fwd baggage floor boards and halon bottle. Bled the brakes and tested for leaks. Works perfectly now.
Removed the cowling and drained the preservative oil, removed lower spark plugs and cleaned them and inspected the gap. Applied thread lube and installed with new gaskets using 35 ftlbs torque and attached ingnition leads.
Replaced the spin on oil fiter which is a CH48110-1.
Added 8 qts of Aeroshell 100 plus.
Trimmed the fwd baffle material to fit better
added adel clamps for support of halon system tubing.
Added adel clamp for large wire bundle in electrical compartment
Inspected the avionics compartment and wirings. Added several lock washers to terminal strip terminations for integrity.
