I have completed construction of the RV-8 registeration number N309MK with S/N 82905 and have inspected all structures and systems and found to be airworthy and built IAW with VAN's instructions and standard aircraft construction practices. Appropriate airframe, engine and propellor log book entries have been made. The engine and all electrical systems have been tested for 1.0 hours in normal flight attitudes and found to be in perfect working condition.
