Brief Description: Fire Suppression, Gear Fairings, Interior, Firewal
Lots of misc work today. I installed the SafeCraft 3lbs halon fire suppression system in the fwd baggage compartment with the T-handle located at the lower left gear tower for easy left handed actuation after securing the fuel. I installed two engine compartment nozzles that each cover about 150 degress so the enter firewall and all fuel sources are covered.
Installed both the upper and lower intersection fairings today using epoxy for the lower and rivnuts for the upper. Applied epoxy/micro mix to the wheel pants and began preps for priming these. Lots of sanding to do.
Inspected the engine compartment, added firesleaving, secured some cables with adel clamps.
Added decorative welting material to the dashboard - looks awesome!!!
