Prep'd the right wing tank baffle, installed the fuel cap ring, doubler plates and brackets to the outboard and inboard ribs usind proseal and rivets. Sealed and riveted the tank baffle. The instructions call for being careful with the amount of proseal to be used here. After following those directions to the letter during the left tank construction and finding a few smalll leaks I decided to disregard the instructions and apply proseal to both the top and bottom skin covering all rivet holes and the area forward of the holes with a generous layer of proseal. Sliding the baffle into place was no more difficult than by following the instructions. I placed a cleco in every other hole and riveted into place. Once the baffle was installed I I sealed all outboard, inboard corners and installed all the Z-fittings with rivets and proseal. I also bent and fit the fuel tank sender float. After a few days I'll leak test with a balloon connected to the vent fitting.
