Continued preparation of the right fuel tank components. Match drilled all rib/skin/baffled holes, deburr'd, dimpled the skin, ribs and reinforcement strips. Cut the access panel hole in the inboard rib, prep'd the backing plate and installed all nut plates with rivets and proseal. Drilled and installed the vent line fitting with proseal. Fabricated the inboard and outboard reincforcement plates and drilled holes to ribs for latter installation once the tank is complete.
I spent a good deal of time with a fine file and scotch brite wheel polishing the inboard tank rib bracket since this is a load bearing component. See photo...
