Brief Description:  Windshield - cutout

After the piece was removed I was able to trim to the line. Hand sanding to finish was easy as the material is soft. I then reinstalled the windshield to prepare it for paint. The reason for painting the windshield is if dirt gets between it and the fuselage there is no way to clean it and you would have to look at that junk. Nice idea Dwight.
I tried to tape the windshield from the outside but found it was too hard to get tight to the fuselage. I then crawled inside and taped all around. For the corners I found it was easier to tape over the fuselage and then use a razor blade to trim it to the windshield.
