I checked in Leslie at a little chromeing outfit on the cost for having my landing skid T's, motor mounts, foot pedals, and collective arm cromed and what was recomended. I was told that if I did the prep work that he would do them all for less that $200. Sounded like a good deal to me so back home I went to prep the parts. First I sand blasted all the parts then I wanted to dress them up as much as possible so I plan on removing the burrs from the tube construction.
