Rather than clamp the roll construction angles, I fabbed new angles out of 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 angle and then match drilled into the skin holes after aligning on roll line. This gave a much more secure way to roll the skins. Using clamps, in my opinion, risks damaging the skins if the clamps slip.
