Just as the section title says: install the cap strip at rib #5. Pretty straight forward: center the cap strip on the double rib, trim the forward edge of the strip to fit under the nose skin - the first rivet had not be installed there. Then match drill, dimple or countersink as required, deburr, and rivet using my pneumatic squeezer. I made one mistake, and had to drill out a rivet. Turns out I was using the wrong yoke for the task, but once I figured that out, the remainder went smoothly. I did change one thing from the plans: they called for the rivet where the cap strip fits under the nose skin to be a flush type, but there was no way to dimple in this situation, and every other nose skin rivet is an HDW-SS/SS42D, so that's what I used.
