After the attach tabs finally cured and the pilot holes were drilled I temporarily mounted it to the bulkheads. As expected and stated in the instructions one of the holes did not line up. made the necessary adjustments by moving both holes so the measurments would be correct. after several attempts I finally got the alignment correct and installed the MKMGA tubes puchased from CG Products.
