Finished deburring the HS Ribs. Also completed rounding the nose of reach of the nose rib, and made the 9-degree bends on the 2 inboard inspar ribs. Thes are now ready for match-drilling to the spars and skins.
I noticed a difference between the plans and the nose-ribs in my kit. The plans show solid nose ribs, and call for cutting a hole in 2 nose ribs to allow passage of the trim cables. However, then nose ribs of my kit have two lightening holes in them. Both of the lightening holes are large enough to admit passage of the trim cable, so I will route the cable through the hole that minimizes curvature of the cable. I also need to look into securing the cable to prevent chafing.
In preparation for the next steps, I cut out the four craddle pieces from 1/2-inch MDF.
