Brief Description:  VS skin and skeleton

Drilling and deburring the VS skin-to-skeleton rivet holes. Prior to fitting the skin to the skeleton, I had radiused the nose of each of VS-1006, VS-1013 and VS-1005 (as per section 8-6) to avoid denting the skin. This radiusing was done by removing a small amount of material using the bench sander. However, the skin still had a raised area on both sides of the VS at the nose end of each piece. The skin wasn't permanently dented, as I discovered after removing the skin. This was good, but I still didn't like having the raised areas in the assembled VS. To try to solve this, I wanted to increase the radius, but I didn't want to remove any more material. I decided to use a rubber-tipped mallet to form a slightly increased radius at the forward end of the web/flange junction of each piece.
