4.0 Houea
Borrowed cable tention instrument. Set controls in nuatral. Tightened elevator cables to 20#. To give an idea how much difference there is from left flaperon to right flaperon, Left, the tention was less the 10#, to the right the tention went to 45#. Added coolant to overflow bottle. Tightened radiator bolts and engine mount bolts. Added wire stand-off to backside of baggage panel to hold GPS/ADS-B antenna wires away from flaperon controls. Worked on choke cable. Have to get a long Phillip screw driver to reach cable stop behind Steel Bungee. Trimed top of center rod of Steel Bungee to give more clearance on nose wheel strut to motor mount.

Continued witth choke cable. Too much slack is sheath. Removed and cut 1" off sheath. Choke seems to be working OK. Will have Paul check to compare to his. Used heat shrink tubing on throtle/choke cables and cut cables to near attachment points on engine. Coiled and zip tied two wires from intercome that I won't be using.

Tried Paul's choke on his plane. About the same.

Removed castle nuts to verify that the spacers were on the pivot of the flaperon control rods at each side. They were. Added cotter pin to flaperon motor pivot pin. Zip tied a piece of hose around fuel line where it runs over a line of rivets on baggage area flfoor. Zip tied right strobe/nav light and fule sender wire to fuel line that runs down the channel behind right door.
