Brief Description: Fuel line test, windshield, baggage area, seats
8/27/19 3.2 Hours Fuel line test did not pass last night. Started at 5 PSI and ended at 1.5 PSI 19 hours later. Pumped back to 5# and used a soapy solution to try to find leak. Found leak in right wing test plug. Fixed and started test again. Made two clips to hold windshield at lower front edge. Drilled a hole in left baggage area to hold a clamp to keep ELT antenna away from flaperon controls. Checked on fuel line pressure testing this evening. Pressure is holding at 5# after 9 hours. Took pilot seat to upholstey shop to move forward snaps to clear new mounting bolt holes.
8/28/19 3.6 Hours Fuel line passure test passed. Twenty five and a half hours at 5 PSI. Started to rivet in parts that were waiting fuel test complition. Riveted left seat floor. Clecoed both side channel covers and riveted the right one.
8/29/19 4.3 Hours Riveted left channel cover. Bolted left seat ajustable seat rails. Bolted seat pan to seat rails. Put left leat cushions with back in place for trail. Tried out leg room. No bad. Riveted center channel side to baggage floor. Clecoed baggage floor in place. In and out a couple of times to get clearance correct around channel.
