Received A3 rivets from Zenith

After watching a viedo last night and looking at a few build logs, fooled with the windshield. Looks like it will take some work Installed 8 nut plates on instrument bulkhead. Put the bulkhead and panel together and back drilled the 4 holes (2 each) for the trim rocker switch and trim indicator. Reinstalled bulkhead/panel into aircraft. Clecoed the forward top skin into place. Then tried (sucessfully) to installed throttle to see if it could be done. Repaired wiring on flap switch and installed.

Little work, mostly strighten work table and put stuff away. Using a Dremel cut-off wheel, trimmed upper right corner of windshield for it to fit better around cage. The lower aft edges need to be back about 1/2 -3/4". Marked a line on center of lower front shield for trimming, From other blogs, trim very little at a time.

Windshield on and off several times. Trim a little, try it out, trim some more. Not quite there yet. Cut off about 1/4" in center section (5 rivet holes either side of center) The Dremel tool with cut-off wheel works well.
