2/23/19 2.8 Hours Located spot on roof 36" from GPS antenna. Drilled pilot hole for antenna lead then layed out the other mounting holes (3). Drilled holes and deburred. Made some adjustment holes in ADAHRS mount for 11-12 degrees. Applied joint sealant to fuel fittings for fuel flow and AN fitting on street tee at fuel pump. Tightened both.
2/24/19 2.2 Hours Ran the RG58 coax supplied by Zenith to the three antennas, marked with tape, removed coax and measured each run for RG400: ADSB-out 96"; Comm 162"; Xponder 84". Drilled out the third rivet down from top of left most baggage bulkhead L angle. Up drilled to 3/16" for a #10 washer head screw. Added padded clamp ot aft side of bulkhead for strain relief for coax to comm antenna.
2/25/19 2.5 Hours Put thread goop on tee and fuel pressure sensor and assembled onto fuel pump. Temp put engine fuel line on the AN fitting. Spent the rest of time crimping engine sensor wires (oil temp, #2 & #3 coolant temp, fuel pressure) to EMS wires and zip tieing into place.
