Brief Description:  Right Flaperon

Marked the I/B flaperon splice plate for trimming. Moved I/B flaperon to work table. Clecoed control horn to inboard rib (matched drilled from factory). Cut 105 mm length of L angle. Clamped L angle aganist control horn and backd drilled through horn. Turned L angle around to see if the holes matched the skin rivet holes. They did so clecoed in place and back drilled through the horn into L angle again. I think that was the easiest L angle work that I have done so far. Up drilled all holes to A5. Disassembled and deburred. Re assembled and riveted into place. Re mounted flaperon onto aircraft. The rivets of the horn are against the fuselage skin. Will have to see about that. Maybe a teflon washer on the inboard pivot pin.
