9/30/19 3.1 Hours Used a short piece of 3/8" tubing as a drill guide tin wing main spar attachment tab to drill pilot hole in leading edge of both wings to be able to access attach bolts. Updrilled using a step bit
10/1/19 1.5 Hours Deburred holes in inboard struts and fittings. Cleaned off markings. Bolted struts and inboard fittings together. Only 45 degs in hangar. Put up side curtins on shelter and got out the heaters. I'm not ready for winter to arrive!
10/2/19 1.5 Hours Had a question about whether to torque or snug strut fitting bolts. Zenith's Roger said to torque so torqued to 58 in-lbs. Tried to measure the amount of wing trailing edge has to be trimed but need another set of hands to hold parts.
