Appried NOALOX, an anti-oxitant/conductive goop, to back of ground block and holes in firewall both sides. Bolted block into place on inside of friewall. Ran mag wires through supports then added ground wires to shields and terminals to center wire.. Some people say ground only one end of shield but Rotax says ground both ends. If there is a problem, I can clip ground on one end. It would be impossible to add ground later.

Cut ground wire to length for cigerette lighter and crimped terminal on one end. Ran out of terminals. Started on 1" water lines but found out real quick that the exhaust system need to be installed. Started on that. Contrary to photo manual, I think this is a two person job, one to support and one to add springs.

Recruited son-in-law, Gary, to pull the springs onto the exhaust fittings while I held the muffler in place. Got all eight done in a short time. No way one person could do it.Resumed attaching the coolant hoses to the two engine and two radiator fittings. Will need serious ties to keep off exhaust system.
