Fabricated the two forward shims from some large, thick L angle. Not quite thick enough. Still need a regular L angle shim. Made bracket for lower elevator pulley. Disassembled and deburred. Make template to be able to drill holes from top. Drilled a couple of holes through template into top skin and clecoed

Finished back drilling through template into top rear fuselage skin. Norma applied Cortec to bracket parts and to shims. Refined thin L angle shims for front stabilizer attach tabs. Clecoed lower pulley brackets to inside of tail and clecoed pulley into place for fit. Awaiting new AN5 bolts.

Up drilled lower pulley bracked to A4, deburred and riveted into place. Remounted stabilizer with new foreward shims. Fin on and off a couple of times for bottom edge clearance. Not much in build instructions on spaceing so I estimated distances from rivet spaceing on drawings. Clamped fin L angles into place. Used bar clamps to narrow fin at foreward end.
