3/1/20 1.0 Hours Up drilled to A4 size all pre-drilled holes into wing tips. Too cold to work more (34F in hangar). I see I will have to order more A4 rivets. About 70 rivets per tip. Glued Caplugs to holes in outboard flaperon coounter weights.
3/2/20 Ordered 200 A4 rivets from Zenith. 2.5 Hours Riveted right and about forty percent of left wing tips before running out of A4 rivets. Clecoed outboard flaperon counter weights into place.
3/3/20 3.0 Hours Riveted the two outboard flaperon counter weights to their flaperon. Was dressing the rudder stops when Paul stopped by. He noticed that the rudder cables were rubbing on the fuselage opening. Drilled out the six rivets on the right rudder cable outlet faring, Z1-5, and filed the opening a little more forward. Riveted the faring back on. Left to be done.
