Trimmed the rear edge of top cow againl. Looks much better. Up drilled leftIB flaperon root to 3/16". Re-mounted onto aircraft. Put 3/16" drill through control horn pivot hole and moved flaperon up and down to mark fuselage skin. Flaperon back off. Pilot drilled then up drilled to 3/16' skin. Flaperon back on. Inserted steel pivot throung fuselage and into root fitting. Seems to pivot OK without binding.

Reviewed Zenith.aero about flaperon counter weight balanceing. (Two different methods) Paul stopped by at hangar and we discussed the two methods. I'm going to go with the drill down the center method. Have to look around for a slower and larger drill press than I have.

Made a doubler for the right flaperon hinge pivot. Put left flaperons on left wing to check movement.
