Repeated process for leftt flaperon. Outboard splice plate marked, backdrilled and riveted to OB flaperon. Control horn and L angle attach to inboard end of IB flaperon. Clamped flaperons to arms on wing. Here is the rub. The left wing trailing edges are drooped about 10 mm more than the right therefore the clearance of 19mm cannot be acheved between trailing edge and flaperon. Got Paul involved. Without disassembling the wing, we came to conclusion that trim/control set-up could correct any roll tendicency. Will press on.

Checked Zenith.aero (Zenith Aircraft Buiilders and Fllyers). One of the blogs "Cruzer Wing Trailing Edge" posted Aug 5, 2018, has multi person comments about one wing trailing edge lower than the other. Roger said that there was nothing that could be done. Although not a solution, it is good to know that I'm not alone

Re-adjusted left flaperons on wing support arms. Back drilled through arms into flaperon stubs and clecoed. Removed left IB flaperon. Trimmed, drilled, deburred and riveted inboard splice plated to IB flaperon. Mounted back on aircraft. Corrected pilot hole on right IB flaperon stub.
