Brief Description: Wing nose skin trimmed, bolts, prop
10/19/19 1.5 Hours Removed temp spar bolts from left wing to give some room to trim the wing root nose skin. Re-attached left wing with the permanent bolts. Started to exchange temp bolts on right wing. Have to re-level aircraft to get support under right wing.
10/20/19.. Snow Day. No work.
10/21/19 2.0 Hours Replaced the two temp right wing spar bolts with the permanent ones. Received the A5S rivets from Zenith. Riveted the four door cylinders fittings into place. Turned aircraft around to put nose into shelter
10/22/19 2.7 Hours Re positioned left door jam cylinder bracked down 10mm to reduce binding. Added washers to wing upper fittings and left lower. Will need some help for right lower. Unpacked Warp Drive propeller parts and started to press-in round nuts into engine flange.
