Brief Description: Upper wing strut fittings and struts
10/9/19 Carl was happy that it cooled to 80F in Dallas. I'm not happy that it cooled to 28F in Casper. 3.5 Hours Finished dressing the right upper strut fitting. Got the left upper strut fitting to fit alot quicker than the right. Tomorrow cold with snow.
10/10/19 2.1 Hours Dressed the upper strut fittings some more. Measured for left strut. Cut left strut. The left fuselage tab has to be bent up slightly.
10/11/19 2.4 Hours Paul arrived with Mike Butler and another to level the plane. Ended up using two jacks under the landing gear. With all working together, we got the diheadral set at 84mm. We then worked on the strut length, first the left then the right. Had to bend up the left fuselage mounting tab a tad. Measured the distance from fuselage bolt hole to wing bolt hole and they were the same as they should be. With Norma holding, cut the right strut to same length as left.
